This course is the first step towards Quran recitation intended for beginners whether kids or adults who have no previous knowledge on how to read Quran or Arabic. We took it upon ourselves to enable students who do not know Arabic to learn the letters first and then the basic signs of diacritics and how to spell the word and add it to before and after so that the student can read the verses properly. The purpose of this course is to lay the foundation for students to read Arabic (the Quranic language) and to familiarize them with the basic rules for recitation of the Quran.
This formal course is structured with planned instructions to help the student achieve the desired target within the allotted time span. The teacher will provide assistance throughout, ensuring the student’s progress is tracked and that the course is completed on time, insha-Allah.
This course is designed for beginners, with no prior knowledge of Arabic required. Not having experience with Arabic alphabets can actually be beneficial for the student. Attendance and punctuality in lessons are expected, and students must comply with the instructor’s guidance. For younger students, parents are encouraged to motivate and monitor their child’s attitude, alertness, and behavior during lessons. Students are required to provide periodic feedback about the course to both the academy and the instructor.
Additionally, students will learn to read Arabic supplications and will become familiar with the unique characteristics of Quranic writing, which differs slightly from standard Arabic script.
